Real Wicked Events uses pro grade equipment and professional, experienced tournament directors that are known throughout the cornhole community. Our team has done events in all the New England States. We have run events from 20 players up to 550 players. These events have included private parties, corporate events, town festivals, and fundraisers of all types from non-profit organizations to local sports teams.

Tournaments
Real Wicked Events has various formats of tournaments that we offer. The standard format is a 4-game round robin into a single elimination playoff bracket. The standard tournament timeframe takes 3-4 hours total from the time the event starts or “bags fly.” Before that happens, we advertise a 30-60 minute window for “check in,” and we would arrive about 60-90 minutes before that time for set up.
You provide:
The Venue
We can help you with this, but the venue can be flexible. It can be indoors or outdoors. The best area for us to use is an open area of flat land. We will need one lane for every 4-5 teams in the tournament. Each lane requires 40’ x 8’ of space total. We require access to power within 50’ of our table set up. We provide everything else needed.
Advertising
The best events that we have seen have a strong following from the organization’s followers, and then we can advertise to add some teams to that from the competitive cornhole community. We do keep a lot of our events private from competitive players as well if requested.
Registration
You will collect registration info, and collecting payment in advance is highly recommended. There are various ways to do this. Some of the options we have seen are using your own website, using a site like EventBrite, or using an email to collect teams, and then have them send Venmo or PayPal. We ask that the week of the event, you send us the list of teams so we can pre enter them into the ScoreHolio app that we use to
run the tournament. The information that we need is the team name, and players names. You can keep all the other information, but that is all we need to know. On the day of the tournament, we ask that you or your staff set up a check in table. You will check teams in, and collect any money and walk up team info.
