Options

We also offer other formats that can be fully customized to fit any type of event or time frame. Some of these include:

• Bring Your Own Partner Tournaments
• Other types of team formats, including: Single Elimination Bracket, Blind Draw, or Switchholio.
• Blind Draw and Switcholio allows players to sign up as individuals for the tournament and will either get
  one random partner (Blind Draw), or multiple partners for one game at a time (Switcholio.)
• Double Elimination Bracket
• Split Brackets based on skill level

Pricing

Our event pricing is for our tournament services that include up to 50 teams. Price includes travel time of up to 1.5 hours total, and 100 miles round trip. Base price includes up to 4 hours of tournament time, plus 1 hour for set up, and
one hour for check in.

• Tournament Price – $1175
• Discounted rate for non-profit or fundraising event – $900
• Travel time – $.55/mile over 100 total and $40/hour over 1.5 hours. (Events with two directors will be billed $60/hour for additional travel time.)
• Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to hold a date. Final payment is due before the day of the event.
• There will be a 3% processing fee added to all credit card payments. That fee will be waived for payment by check, cash, Venmo, or PayPal (fee will apply to goods and services payment).

*Real Wicked Events has the right to bill additional cost to an event in the case that the format causes the event to go over 4 hours, or if the load in process or event itself requires additional load in time or an extra director. This will be communicated with the event beforehand.*
